This is not a profit generating League. We are a group of players who collectively agreed to embed some structure into our scrimmage, Participation is voluntary and at each player’s volition for a fee. Players are also responsible for having their own medical insurance.
By completing the registration and paying the registration fee, each player acknowledges and agrees to comply with the rules and regulations governing the PPSL.

The Planning Committee will be seeded into the teams to ensure diversification, leadership and representation within the teams.
Every match will have a committee member oversee personnel who will support the referee mainly in enforcing the league rules. The oversee personnel will not interfere with referees/official’s decisions during the game but, when officials are not certain of the league rules, the oversee personnel will be available for consultation.
An awards ceremony will be held indoors or outdoors after the league season is over to recognize the Players\Team achievement.
